As a full-time on-site Hotel Design Set Up professional in the food industry, located in Pune, your responsibilities will include managing communication, reservations, customer service, receptionist duties, and overseeing daily food & beverage operations. To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication and customer service skills, along with experience in infrastructure and Autocad within the hotel industry. Knowledge of food & beverage operations, excellent organizational and time management abilities, and the capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks are essential. While not mandatory, a background in hospitality or culinary education would be advantageous, and previous experience in the food industry would be beneficial.
