We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Hotel Contracting Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Excel & MIS reporting, with prior experience in hotel contracting, travel back office, or MIS roles.
* Maintain updated hotel inventory, rates, promotions, and special deals.
* Prepare MIS reports, rate analysis, and performance tracking using advanced Excel.
* Support the contracting team with data analysis and reporting for decision-making.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel suppliers.
* Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Reservations teams to ensure seamless execution
* Advanced MS Excel & MIS skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Formulas, Dashboards).
* Prior experience as an MIS Executive or in a Travel/Hotel Contracting/Back Office role is strongly preferred.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Good negotiation and communication skills.
* Detail-oriented and able to work with large sets of data.
Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, or related field.
0-1 years of experience in MIS/Contracting/Travel preferred.
Freshers with excellent Excel/MIS knowledge and a travel background can also apply.
