Job Description

About Position:

We are looking for a skilled Hosting Service Engineer to support, maintain, and optimize enterprise hosting services and application platforms. This role ensures the availability, performance, and reliability of hosted applications across on-perm datacenters, virtualized platforms, and cloud environments (Azure/AWS).

What You'll Do:

Hosting Service Support & Operations - Provide day-to-day support for web hosting platforms, application servers, and backend systems.
Server & Application Hosting - Support Windows Server and Linux hosting environments used for web and application workloads.
Virtualization & Infrastructure - Support VMs running on VMware, Hyper-V, or other virtualization platforms
Cloud Hosting (Azure / AWS)
Security, Patching & Compliance
Monitoring & Incident Response
Automation & Scripting

Expertise You'll Bring:

8+ years in hosting services, systems administration, or infrastructure operations.
Hands-on experience with:
Windows Server and/or Linux
IIS, Apache, Nginx
Virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
Knowledge of cloud hosting platforms (Azure/AWS).
Basic networking knowledge (DNS, load balancers, firewall rules, certificates).
Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with monitoring tools.
Scripting experience with PowerShell/Bash/Python.
