Job Description

1. Job Description – Hostess

Position: Hostess
Department: Restaurant Service
Experience: 1–2 years preferred in restaurant or hospitality
Salary Range: As per company standards

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming first impression.
  • Manage the reservation system and maintain the waitlist during peak hours.
  • Escort guests to their tables and coordinate with service staff for smooth seating.
  • Communicate table availability and guest flow to the service team.
  • Answer customer inquiries regarding menu, timings, and services.
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the entrance, lobby, and host desk.
  • Resolve minor guest concerns politely and escalate major issues to supervisors.
  • Ensure a high level of hospitality and uphold restaurant standards at all times.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Polite, confident, and guest-focused approach
  • Ability to manage pressure during rush hours
  • Basic knowledge of reservation software (preferred)

2. Job Description – Guest Relations Executive (GRE)

Position: Guest Relations Executive
Department: Front-of-House / Service
Experience: 2–3 years in hospitality preferred
Salary Range: As per company standards

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome VIP, regular, and walk-in guests and ensure they receive personalized service.
  • Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback with professionalism.
  • Maintain guest database, track preferences, and update guest history.
  • Coordinate with the service team, kitchen, and management to deliver seamless guest experience.
  • Manage complaints tactfully and ensure quick resolution.
  • Assist in reservations, seating management, and guest flow control.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
  • Support in hosting events, special promotions, and celebrations.
  • Prepare daily guest reports and highlight key service observations.
