Are you confident, well-groomed, and passionate about luxury jewellery? We are looking for a Jewellery Hostess to be the face of our showroom, ensuring our clients experience warm hospitality and premium service.

Job Responsibilities :

• Welcome and greet customers warmly, ensuring a luxury retail experience.
• Guide guests to seating/waiting areas and offer refreshments.
• Assist sales executives by coordinating with customers during high traffic.
• Maintain showroom ambience (cleanliness, display appeal, customer comfort).
• Manage guest inquiries and direct them to the right department.
• Support in organizing in-store events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
• Handle calls, appointment scheduling, and basic reception duties.
• Ensure VIP guests receive special attention and smooth service.

Requirements:

• Female candidates preferred, well-groomed with a pleasant personality.
• 0-2 yearsof experience in hospitality, luxury retail, or similar.
• Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi; local language a plus).
• Customer-first attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism under pressure.
