Ensure proper display, arrangement, and cleanliness of products. Handle sales transactions and billing. Provide detailed product information including purity, pricing, and designs. Build and maintain customer relationships to generate repeat business. Maintain sales records and assist in stock audits and inventory management. Stay updated with the latest trends in jewellery and customer preferences. Requirements: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in jewellery retail or luxury sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of gold, diamond, and precious stones. Proficiency in handling billing software and basic computer applications. Ability to manage customer queries patiently and effectively. Trustworthy and well-groomed personality.
