Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and energetic Counter Sales Executive to handle customer inquiries, promote products, and ensure excellent customer service at the sales counter. The candidate should be confident in communication and focused on achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers and assist them at the sales counter Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly Handle billing, cash, UPI, and card transactions accurately Maintain proper display and cleanliness of products at the counter Achieve daily and monthly sales targets Handle customer complaints politely and professionally Maintain stock records and inform management about low inventory Coordinate with the store team for smooth operations
