Position: Hostel Superintendent

Organization: (NGO working since 2006)
Salary: ₹3 LPA (Negotiable based on experience)

Experience: Minimum 8–10 years in hostel/student welfare roles

1. Hostel & Staff Management:

Lead the complete administration of the residential hostel housing 1000 rural girls aged 6–16. Oversee infrastructure, cleanliness, daily operations, and coordination with housekeeping, maintenance, and wardens.

2. Student Welfare & Supervision:

Act as a maternal figure, nurturing a safe, caring, and disciplined environment. Address grievances, resolve conflicts, monitor well-being, and ensure emotional support and mentoring.

3. Health, Safety & Security:

Ensure nutritious meals, health check-ups, hygiene, and emergency care. Maintain strict safety protocols and 24x7 student security.

4. Moral & Ethical Development:

Instill values aligned with the Gurukul system—discipline, empathy, responsibility, and self-reliance.

5. Administration & Reporting:

Manage records (occupancy, health, behavior), prepare budgets and proposals, and ensure cost-effective operations with continuous improvements.
