As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with interior designers, architects, and hotel brands to drive project business primarily in the residential space. Your role will involve understanding client requirements, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to achieving company goals and exceeding customer expectations. Key Responsibilities: - Should be well-connected to Interior Design Associations in the region and have a strong network with hotel brands and properties - Experienced in handling project business through architects and interior designers in the residential space - Ability to comprehend and fulfill requirements from interior designers and architects - Demonstrate excellent communication and relationship building skills - Willingness to go the extra mile to achieve company objectives and meet customer expectations - Self-driven, persistent, action-oriented, and goal-driven Qualifications Required: - 4+ years of relevant experience in sales, design, or luxury industries - Undergraduate or Post-graduate degree in Business Administration, Design, Marketing, or CRM preferred - Previous experience with project business through architects and interior designers Additional Details: Jaipur Rugs values empathy, love, and compassion as integral traits in its team members.
