Hospitality Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Hospitality Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for frontline roles in the food and beverage industry, including waiters, stewards, chefs, and kitchen staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of hospitality operations and be skilled in sourcing high-quality candidates who are professional, reliable, and service-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full-cycle recruitment for hospitality roles including waiters, stewards, chefs, kitchen helpers, and other F&B staff.
• Partner with restaurant/hotel management to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and team dynamics.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, agencies, and local hiring events.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess experience, skills, personality, and cultural fit.
• Maintain an updated talent pipeline for high-volume and urgent hiring needs.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, trials, and onboarding processes.
• Support employer branding and help attract top-tier hospitality talent.
• Keep records and reports on recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the hospitality, hotel, or F&B industry.
• Strong knowledge of roles like waiter, steward, chef, kitchen staff, and their respective requirements.
• Familiarity with local hiring practices and legal requirements.
• Ability to screen for soft skills such as customer service, teamwork, and reliability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience working in or recruiting for hotels, restaurants, or catering businesses.
• Network of hospitality professionals or connections with training institutes.
• Multilingual skills (especially regional languages) are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
