Specialized departments include oncology and cancer care, gastro and liver diseases, orthopedics, neurosurgery, pediatric surgery, internal medicine, pediatrics, obstetrics, gynecology, general emergencies, and more. Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Hospitality Head to oversee and manage all hospitality services at Aadhar Health Institute. This is an on-site role based in Hisar. The Hospitality Head will be responsible for overseeing the patient experience, managing teams and operations, supervising budgets, ensuring high-quality service standards, and collaborating with other departments to enhance overall efficiency. The role requires a hands-on approach to manage daily operations and ensure patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients, staff, and external stakeholders.
• Experience in budgeting and resource allocation for managing and optimizing hospitality services.
• Proven expertise in sales and business development, preferably within the healthcare or hospitality sector.
• Knowledge in hospitality management and the ability to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality patient and guest services.
• Ability to lead and supervise teams, ensuring collaboration, motivation, and conflict resolution where required.
• Solid understanding of healthcare facilities' operational workflows is a plus.
• Relevant Master's degree in hotel management, business administration, or a related field. A master's degree is an advantage.
