Job Description

As an ideal candidate for this role, you are expected to possess the following qualifications and skills: **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for overall planning and executing client visits, meeting and greeting clients/guests, arranging special setups for various occasions, publishing events calendar, maintaining client zones, managing inventory, designing personalized hampers, setting up boardrooms and executive cabins, planning F&B, managing pantry and butler staff, handling invoicing, organizing team lunches and dinners, managing vendors, arranging team building activities, coordinating senior management events and offsites, and supporting CSR initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Overall planning and executing client visits - Meet and greet clients/guests - Arrange special setups for welcome/inauguration, festivals, etc. - Publish events calendar - Upkeep of client zones - Inventory management and control of cutlery, crockery, and consumables - Maintaining stock of client gift items - Design personalized hampers for clients - Setup boardrooms, executive cabins, and executive dining rooms - F&B planning and arranging ODC events for employees and clients - Manage the pantry and butler staff team - Invoicing - Overall planning and execution for team lunch and dinner events in and outside the office - Vendor management - initiate tie-ups for vendor onboarding, coordinate, and negotiate rates for local hotels and restaurants for team events - Organize team building activities for clients and employees - Organize senior management events and offsites - Support CSR initiatives **Qualifications Required:** - Presentable with advanced soft skills - Well-versed in the local language - Good work experience in corporate/hospitality and events management If there are any additional details about the company in the job description, kindly provide them for a more comprehensive understanding of the role.,
