Key Responsibilities

Visit hospitals, clinics, and healthcare centers to identify and collect staffing requirementsBuild and maintain strong relationships with Hospital HR/Admin/Management teamsFill out the Requirement Capture Form and submit daily reportsGather vacancies for Doctors, Nurses, Technicians, and allied staffShare collected requirements with the Head Office/Recruitment team for fulfillment

Conduct Follow-up Calls/WhatsApp To Confirm And Close Requirements

Present Medico Hub's services and process in a professional mannerAchieve weekly and monthly hospital visit & requirement targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate (B.Sc / BBA / BA / B.Com); healthcare background preferredGood communication skills (Hindi + basic English)Smart, confident, and professional personalityFresher candidates are welcome; experience in Pharma Sales, Medical Representative, or Hospital Marketing is an added advantageMust have: Smartphone & Two-wheeler (for field visits)
