erves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately. 2 Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival. 3 Maintains security and telecommunications system. 4 Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries. 5 Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories. 6 Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges. 7 Operates telecommunication system by following manufacturer’s instructions for house phone and console operation. 8 Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. 9 Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs. 10 Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
