Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Supervising Laundry Operations: Managing Staff: Training, assigning schedules, and evaluating the performance of laundry staff. Maintaining Equipment: Ensuring laundry machines and equipment are properly maintained and serviced. Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory levels of clean and soiled linens, and ordering supplies as needed. Upholding Quality Standards: Ensuring laundry is cleaned to the required standards and that hygiene protocols are followed. Handling Customer Issues: Addressing customer complaints and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Implementing Safety and Hygiene Protocols: Enforcing safety and hygiene standards in the laundry department. Reporting and Documentation: Maintaining records of laundry operations and generating reports for management. Budget Management: Managing the laundry department's budget and resources effectively. Collaboration: Working with other departments to meet overall business objectives.
