Hospital Operations - Vice President

The VP Hospital Operations position at Zen Kashi Hospital and Cancer Care Center in Varanasi is a crucial role responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operations of the hospital. With a focus on oncology super-specialty and multispecialty services, the hospital is dedicated to providing integrative, compassionate, and high-quality care to its patients. As the VP of Hospital Operations, you will be tasked with taking complete ownership of the hospital's functioning and driving operational excellence across various departments. Your responsibilities will include overseeing operations such as OPD, IPD, pharmacy, reception, diagnostics, nursing, procurement, maintenance, housekeeping, HR, and finance coordination. Additionally, you will work closely with departmental heads to ensure compliance with SOPs and documentation. The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 10 years of hospital operations experience, preferably in a reputed multispecialty or oncology setup. Strong leadership, team-building, and conflict-resolution skills are essential, along with hands-on experience in hospital software systems, vendor management, and team coordination. The ability to work independently and in a high-impact entrepreneurial environment is also crucial.
