Job Description

Position Overview:

The Hospital Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that promote the hospital's services to potential patients, their families, and other healthcare providers. This role focuses on increasing brand visibility, engaging with the community, and driving patient acquisition, specifically within the areas of maternal and child healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Marketing Plans:
  • Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the hospital's services and offerings, with a focus on maternal and child care.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to ensure the hospital’s offerings remain competitive and relevant.
  • Digital Marketing:
  • Oversee the hospital's online presence, including social media, website, and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to run paid campaigns, SEO, and online patient engagement.
  • Monitor digital traffic and performance metrics to refine and adjust strategies.
  • Community Outreach:
  • Develop partnerships with local clinics, pediatricians, obstetricians, and other healthcare providers to expand the hospital’s referral network.
  • Organize and participate in community health events, seminars, and parenting classes to raise awareness about the hospital's services.
  • Coordinate with local organizations to promote public health initiatives focused on maternal and child health.
  • Brand Development:
  • Help strengthen the hospital's brand identity, ensuring that all communications and marketing materials are consistent with the hospital’s values and goals.
  • Prepare and distribute brochures, newsletters, and other promotional materials highlighting the hospital’s services, specialists, and patient success stories.
  • Patient Engagement:
  • Coordinate with the customer service team to enhance the patient experience, from initial inquiry to post-care follow-up.
  • Develop patient feedback surveys and ensure that the hospital is responsive to patient needs and concerns.
  • Assist in creating patient testimonials and success stories for marketing purposes.
  • Event Management:
  • Plan and execute events such as health screenings, workshops, and awareness campaigns aimed at promoting maternal and child health.
  • Work with the hospital's medical team to ensure the hospital's services are accurately represented during public events.
  • Market Research:
  • Conduct research to identify potential patient demographics and understand their healthcare needs.
  • Assess patient satisfaction levels and work with hospital staff to improve service offerings.
  • Public Relations:
  • Liaise with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to generate positive press coverage for the hospital.
  • Prepare press releases, media kits, and respond to inquiries about hospital programs and services.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
