Hospital management -Quality Incharge

Quality Planning & Implementation Plan, establish, and monitor a robust Quality Management System (QMS) across departments in line with NABH and other applicable standards. Develop, implement, and ensure adherence to quality policies, protocols, SOPs, and manuals including the Quality Improvement and Patient Safety (QIPS) Manual . Continuously evaluate the delivery of healthcare services to ensure high standards of quality and patient satisfaction. Compliance & Documentation Maintain effective documentation and control systems for all quality-related documents, records, and reports. Ensure that hospital practices are compliant with legal, statutory, and regulatory requirements. Audit & Performance Evaluation Design and implement internal audits, clinical audits, and quality checks at regular intervals. Track and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), quality metrics, and safety indicators for ongoing improvement. Ensure effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) are taken post-audit and feedback. Accreditation & External Liaison Coordinate with NABH and other accreditation bodies for assessments, renewals, and documentation readiness.
