Hospital Software Support Engineer

You will play a mission-critical role in supporting doctors and hospital staff as they use the AnginaX AI system.

What You’ll Do

• Support doctors and medical teams using AnginaX AI during OPD operations.
• Assist with patient data entry, EMR coordination, and AI-based workflow execution.
• Troubleshoot real-time software issues (login errors, setup, connectivity, workflow blocks).
• Provide hands-on product training to hospital administrators and staff.
• Work closely with the AnginaX engineering team to report issues and improve system stability.
• Ensure smooth operations during the pilot and daily OPD workflow.

• Tech-savvy with experience in software tools or hospital IT systems.
• Comfortable working directly with medical professionals in a fast-paced hospital environment.
• Strong communicator who can simplify technical concepts for non-technical users.
