• Experience: 20+ years from Banking sector (Retired)

• We are looking for experienced

  retired senior banking professionals (AGM/DGM level) to manage hospital financial operations,

  including corporate finance, revenue cycle management, and vendor negotiations. The candidate will oversee financial planning, treasury functions, and operational improvements in the hospitals financial ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Strengthen hospital financial governance and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Develop strategies for efficient revenue cycle management and patient financing.
• Negotiate financial agreements and vendor contracts to optimize hospital expenditures.
• Liaise with banking institutions for better credit lines and working capital solutions.
• Provide financial insights and risk assessment strategies to hospital leadership.

Qualification and Experiences

• Retired AGM/DGM from PSU or private banks with at least 20+ years of experience.

• Expertise in banking operations, corporate finance, and investment management.
• Strong understanding of financial risk management in healthcare.
