About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Hospital Administrator to oversee the daily operations and long-term strategic planning of our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of all departments, maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, and drive quality improvement initiatives while focusing on patient satisfaction, staff efficiency, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day hospital operations including clinical, administrative, and support services.
• Develop and implement policies, protocols, and procedures to ensure smooth functioning of the facility.
• Ensure compliance with NABH,and other regulatory/accreditation standards.
• Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and cost-control measures.
• Recruit, train, and supervise healthcare and administrative staff.
• Foster a patient-centric environment with emphasis on safety, quality, and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with medical staff, nursing heads, and other departments to improve service delivery.
• Maintain vendor relationships and oversee procurement of medical and non-medical supplies.
• Manage hospital information systems and ensure proper documentation and reporting.
• Lead initiatives for continuous quality improvement and hospital growth.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Hospital Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in hospital/healthcare administration.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare laws, yojana panels ,medical ethics, and compliance standards.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong financial and resource management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding healthcare environment.
