Job Title: Telecaller Hospital Sector

Location: Hope Hospital (KamthI Road , Nagpur)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month (based on experience)

Experience: Minimum 3 Years Required

Languages: Hindi, Marathi, English

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Telecalling Executive with knowledge of digital marketing tools and AI platforms (like ChatGPT) to manage patient coordination, hospital yojana support, and online promotions. You should be familiar with telecalling software, WhatsApp Business, and social platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls for hospital appointments, follow-ups, health packages

Explain government schemes (Ayushman Bharat, ESIC, etc.) to patients

Respond to Justdial and social media leads professionally

Handle WhatsApp Business messages and broadcasting

Use ChatGPT/AI tools to draft messages, marketing content, and responses

Support digital ads (Google Ads, Facebook) and monitor response

Maintain call logs, reports, and follow-up data in Excel

Work with CRM/telecalling software for lead management

Required Skills:

3+ years of telecalling experience in healthcare or similar

Strong verbal communication (Hindi, Marathi; English preferred)

Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data entry

Knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.) for smart communication

Familiar with Justdial, WhatsApp Business, Facebook/Instagram

Hands-on with telecalling/CRM software
