• Mentor students regarding career opportunities in healthcare and management sectors.
• Collaborate with the academic team to develop and improve curriculum content.
• Stay updated with trends and best practices in hospital and healthcare administration.
• Maintain a supportive, motivating, and professional classroom environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field

• Minimum Diploma in Hospital Administration

  (mandatory)

• Minimum 1 year of field experience

  in hospital or healthcare administration preferred

• Freshers with a strong passion for teaching

• Good communication and presentation skills in English
• Ability to teach related management subjects such as

• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital teaching tools
