HOSPITAL ADMINISTRATION AND RECEPTIONIST

Position 1: Hospital Administration

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily hospital operations and ensure smooth departmental coordination.
• Handle staff scheduling, duty rosters, and leave management.
• Assist management in implementing NABH and statutory compliance.
• Maintain MIS reports, documentation, and inter-departmental communication.
• Coordinate with doctors, insurance, and TPA departments for smooth patient service.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management.
• 1–3 years of hospital experience preferred.
• Good communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and hospital software.

Position 2: Receptionist

Responsibilities:

• Greet and guide patients courteously at the front desk.
• Handle patient registration, billing, and appointment scheduling.
• Coordinate with departments for smooth patient flow.
• Manage incoming calls and inquiries.
• Maintain front office cleanliness and professionalism.

Requirements:

• Any degree WITH HOSPITAL EXPERIENCE
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel).
• Prior hospital or healthcare experience is an added advantage.

ROTATIONAL SHIFT(INCLUDING NIGHT SHIFT ALSO)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
