Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Horticulture Supervisor located in Ludhiana. The Horticulture Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day horticultural activities, including planning and coordinating horticultural projects, supervising the planting and maintenance of gardens and landscapes, managing the horticulture team, and ensuring adherence to safety standards. Additionally, this role involves assessing plant health, selecting appropriate plants, and ensuring that all horticultural operations align with the highest quality standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in horticulture practices, plant health assessment, and landscape management
• Skills in team supervision, project planning and coordination, and safety management
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work on-site and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Degree or certification in Horticulture, Botany, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the landscape design industry is a plus
