Job Description


  • Drive sales and achieve targets in the HORECA segment (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafs).

  • Build and manage relationships with key accounts and institutional buyers.

  • Develop and execute distribution strategies for product availability.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.

  • Negotiate and close contracts with HORECA clients.

  • Monitor client satisfaction and resolve service-related issues.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams for promotional campaigns.

  • Provide training and support to distributors and sales teams.

  • Manage budgets and ensure timely payment collections.

Key Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of FMCG sales experience, including 2-3 years in the HORECA channel.

  • Strong understanding of the HORECA segment and its dynamics.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Goal-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and sales analytics tools.

Preferred Location:

  • Candidate must be based in

    Mumbai

    or

    Delhi.
