Job Description

HORECA Collection Manager


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard HORECAs across Goa for waste pickup under DRS.
  • Build and manage a schedule for pickups and ensure execution with fleet partners.
  • Serve as point-of-contact for HORECA partners, resolving any service issues.
  • Train HORECA staff on segregation practices and storage protocols.
  • Coordinate with Fleet Manager for timely pickups and route planning.


Requirements:

  • Field sales or vendor onboarding experience; experience in waste/sustainability is a bonus.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • High energy, hands-on approach, and a love for fieldwork.
  • Ability to travel and work across districts in Goa.
