Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kolhapur for a Homologation Engineer. The Homologation Engineer will be responsible for ensuring all motorcycle models comply with regional and international regulations, preparing documentation for regulatory approvals, and collaborating with design and engineering teams to incorporate necessary changes. The role involves extensive testing, analysis, and communication with certification bodies to secure approvals for market entry.

Qualifications

• Experience in regulatory compliance and homologation processes
• Strong understanding of international and regional motorcycle regulations
• Proficiency in preparing and managing homologation documentation
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with internal teams and external certifying bodies
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Prior experience in the automotive or motorcycle industry is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Kolhapur
