Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Home Tutor, located in Ahmedabad. The Home Tutor will be responsible for providing personalized, one-on-one tutoring sessions for students from Grade 1 to 12 in Science and Commerce streams. Day-to-day tasks include preparing lesson plans, conducting lessons according to the curriculum standards of CBSE, ICSE, NCERT, and GSEB, tracking student progress, and providing feedback. The tutor will also need to adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of students and participate in regular training and development sessions to enhance teaching skills.

Qualifications

Strong subject knowledge in Science and Commerce streams
Experience with CBSE, ICSE, NCERT, and GSEB curricula
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to create engaging lesson plans and adapt teaching methods
Patience and ability to work with students of varying learning styles
Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
Prior tutoring or teaching experience is an advantage
