Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:
Manage a high-performing team of 34 Sales Managers and 2025 Sales Officers.
Business Development:
Drive sales for
Home Loan
and
Loan Against Property (LAP)
products within the assigned region.
Target Achievement:
Ensure achievement of monthly and annual disbursement and acquisition targets.
Market Penetration:
Deep understanding of the
Delhi market
to identify business opportunities and expand customer base.
Channel Management:
Build and manage a strong DSA and connector network; maintain healthy relationships with builders and local market influencers.
Compliance & Process:
Ensure adherence to company policies, credit guidelines, and all statutory requirements.
Reporting:
Provide regular updates to senior leadership regarding performance, challenges, and market feedback.
Training & Development:
Coach and guide the team to improve productivity, product knowledge, and sales effectiveness.

Candidate Profile:

Minimum
6 years of experience
in
Home Loan / LAP sales
.
Minimum
3 years of experience in team management
, preferably in affordable housing finance.
Strong
networking and market knowledge
of Delhi and nearby locations.
Experience in managing
affordable home loan
segments will be a plus.
Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
Stable career background with proven track record in sales and team handling.
