Roles and Responsibilities

Manage branch operations, ensuring efficient day-to-day functioning and meeting business targets.
Lead a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and collective goals.
Develop and implement strategies to grow liabilities business, increasing revenue streams for the bank.
Foster strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining high standards of integrity and ethics.

Desired Candidate Profile

8-13 years of experience in retail banking or related field (liabilities management).
Proven track record in heading branches or managing teams effectively.
Strong understanding of branch handling, branch management, BM (Branch Manager), branch operations, team handling, and team leading skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building customer relationships.
