Home Loan Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Home Loan Documentation & Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding customers through the home loan process — from initial inquiry to loan disbursement — while ensuring all documentation and eligibility criteria are met.

Key Responsibilities:

- Explain home loan products and eligibility criteria to prospective clients

- Collect and verify necessary documents (KYC, income proof, property papers, etc.)

- Assist customers in completing the loan application process

- Coordinate with banks/financial institutions for loan approvals and follow-ups

- Maintain regular follow-up with clients until disbursement

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and documentation norms

- Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and lending institution

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
