Job Title: Loan Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and generate leads for loan products

2. Build relationships with customers and understand their financial needs

3. Offer suitable loan products and solutions

4. Collect and verify customer documentation

5. Ensure compliance with lending policies and regulations

6. Meet sales targets and performance metrics

7. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., credit, operations)

Requirements:

1. Strong communication and sales skills

2. Knowledge of loan products and financial regulations

3. Ability to work in a target-driven environment

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

5. Good customer service skills

Desired Experience:

1-3 years in banking, finance, or sales

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,267.59 - ₹29,941.02 per month
