Key Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to pitch home loan products. • Identify customer needs and offer suitable home loan solutions. • Engage and maintain rapport with high-net-worth individuals and high-ticket customers. • Explain loan terms, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements clearly. • Follow up on leads, handle objections, and ensure timely conversion. • Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and sales status in the CRM. • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth. Requirements: • 2–3 years of proven experience in home loan sales pitching • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, Gujrati preferred. • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. • Good understanding of banking and loan processes. • Comfortable working with clients and customers. • Goal-oriented with the ability to meet sales targets.
