Job Description

Sales & Target Achievement: Meet assigned targets for home loans and Loan Against Property (LAP). Lead Generation: Conduct field activities, area mapping, and leverage personal networks to source new business. Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with customers, referral sources, and channel partners (builders, agents). Product Expertise: Clearly explain mortgage products and guide customers through the loan application and documentation process. Process Management: Ensure accurate form/document collection and coordinate with operations for smooth processing and disbursement. Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell other bank products (like insurance, credit cards). Reporting: Update systems (like CRM) and provide market feedback to supervisors.
