Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation and Client Acquisition: Actively seek out and identify potential clients through various channels, including open market, referrals, and networking, to generate leads for home loan products. Client Education and Consultation: Educate clients on the features and benefits of different home loan products, helping them choose the most suitable option based on their needs and financial situation. Loan Application Management: Guide clients through the entire application process, assisting with paperwork, document verification, and submission to ensure timely and accurate processing. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals, as well as build connections with real estate agents, builders, and other referral sources. Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall sales team goals by effectively managing client relationships and closing loan applications. Market Awareness: Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and relevant lending regulations to provide clients with up-to-date information and make informed recommendations.
