Home Care Nurse

As a Home Care Nurse at MrMed, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate and high-quality care to oncology patients in Chennai. Your responsibilities will include administering medications, wound care, IV infusions, and symptom monitoring in the comfort of patients" homes. You will also be responsible for managing medical equipment and supplies during home visits and offering emotional support and counseling to patients and families throughout their cancer treatment journey. To qualify for this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a registered nurse, with prior experience in home care nursing being highly desirable. Specialized experience in oncology care is considered a significant advantage. A valid nursing license is a must, and owning a reliable two-wheeler for daily patient visits is required. Excellent communication skills, proficiency in digital tools for documentation and scheduling, as well as a compassionate and detail-oriented approach to patient care are essential qualities for this position.
