As a Home Care Nurse at MrMed, India's leading digital platform for super-specialty medicines, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and high-quality care to oncology patients in the comfort of their homes. Based in Chennai, this full-time, on-premises position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with top oncologists in the city, contributing to our mission of enhancing healthcare accessibility and personalization. Your responsibilities will include administering medications, wound care, IV infusions, and symptom monitoring for oncology patients. You will work in coordination with oncologists and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and individualized care plans. Educating patients and caregivers on medications, treatment regimens, and health management will be an essential aspect of your role. Regularly updating supervising physicians on patient conditions, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to medical protocols and safety standards are crucial responsibilities. Ideally, you should possess a minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a registered nurse or be a fresh BSc Nursing/GNM graduate. Female nurses are preferred, and prior experience in home care nursing is highly valued. It is essential to have a reliable two-wheeler for daily travel to patient locations. Educational qualifications such as BSc Nursing or GNM are required for this role. As part of our team, you will benefit from perks such as travel reimbursement for home visits, PG accommodation for eligible candidates, and fixed working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The job type is full-time, and the work location is in person, requiring visits to patient homes across Chennai as per the daily schedule.
