Job Description

1. Provide basic patient care such as bathing and maintaining personal hygiene.
2. Administer prescribed medications on time and monitor for side effects.
3. Check and record vital signs including temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and respiration.
4. Assist patients with mobility, exercises, and daily activities.
5. Monitor the patient’s condition and report any changes to doctors or family members.
6. Manage wound care, dressing changes, and other medical procedures as instructed.
7. Ensure the patient’s environment is clean, safe, and comfortable.
8. Offer emotional support and companionship to patients.
9. Educate family members on basic care techniques and safety measures.
10. Maintain proper documentation of care provided and follow medical instructions accurately.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,500.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
