Home Care Nurse

Position: Home Care Nurse (12 Hours / 24 Hours Duty)

Experience: 1–5 years (Freshers with good skills can also apply)

About the Role

We are hiring professional Home Care Nurses who can provide compassionate and quality nursing care to patients at their homes. Responsibilities include patient monitoring, medication management, daily activities assistance, and maintaining proper clinical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient की vital signs monitoring (BP, Pulse, SPO2, Temperature etc.)
• Medication administration as per doctor’s prescription
• Wound care / Dressing
• Ryle’s Tube, Foleys Catheter care (if required)
• IV/IM injections, Nebulization (as needed)
• Patient की daily living activities में मदद — feeding, mobility support, hygiene, bathing
• Post-surgery care, Elderly care, Bedridden patient care
• Patient condition का daily report & documentation
• Family members को basic care guidance देना
• Emergency situation में तुरंत escalation

Eligibility Criteria

• GNM / B.Sc Nursing
• Minimum 1 year experience in home care or hospital nursing (preferred)
• Good communication and patient-handling skills
• 12-hour या 24-hour duty के लिए available

Shift Options

• 12 Hours Duty – Day / Night
• 24 Hours Duty – Stay-in
