Holiday Specialist

Role Overview: As a Holiday Specialist located in Kozhikode, you will be responsible for planning and organizing holiday packages, creating detailed itineraries, and offering travel advice to clients. Your day-to-day tasks will include meeting with clients to understand their travel needs, coordinating with vendors and service providers, booking accommodations and transportation, and ensuring seamless travel arrangements. Additionally, you will handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during clients" trips and conduct post-travel follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and organize travel packages, creating detailed itineraries for clients - Meet with clients to understand their travel requirements - Coordinate with vendors and service providers for travel arrangements - Book accommodations and transportation for clients - Handle any issues or emergencies during clients" travels - Conduct post-travel follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction Qualifications Required: - Experience in planning and organizing travel packages and creating detailed itineraries - Strong communication and customer service skills - Ability to coordinate with vendors and service providers - Knowledge of travel booking systems and software - Problem-solving skills and efficient handling of emergencies - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills - Strong geographic knowledge and familiarity with popular travel destinations - Relevant experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field - Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus,
