ValueAdz is looking for a Holiday Sales Associate to join our dynamic team and help clients plan their dream vacations! Key Responsibilities: Engage with incoming leads to understand their travel preferences. Recommend and customize holiday packages based on client needs and budget. Convert inquiries into bookings through effective communication and follow-up. Handle customer queries across phone, email, and WhatsApp. Stay updated on travel trends and maintain in-depth knowledge of destinations and offerings. Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in holiday sales, travel agency, or a similar role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and persuasion abilities. Familiarity with domestic and international travel destinations. Experience using CRM or sales tools is a plus.
