Job Title: Holiday Expert Location: Edappal Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month Company: Sterling Tours and Travels Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in travel/tour operations or holiday planning Job Summary: Sterling Tours and Travels is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Holiday Expert to join our team at the Edappal branch. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of domestic and international holiday packages and a passion for delivering exceptional travel experiences to clients. Key Responsibilities: Interact with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and requirements. Design customized holiday packages (domestic & international) based on customer needs. Provide expert guidance on destinations, travel arrangements, visa requirements, and travel insurance. Coordinate with vendors, hotels, airlines, and transport providers to ensure seamless travel experiences. Prepare detailed itineraries, quotations, and booking confirmations. Handle inquiries via calls, emails, walk-ins, and social media platforms. Maintain strong post-booking communication for customer satisfaction and repeat business. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall branch performance. Stay updated on the latest travel trends, deals, and offers. Manage client records and maintain CRM updates for tracking and follow-ups. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in travel consulting, holiday planning, or tour operations. Strong knowledge of popular domestic and international travel destinations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Malayalam. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. Proficiency in MS Office, email, and basic CRM tools. Customer-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
