Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Transmission Lines department, overseeing planning, execution, and delivery of projects.
Independently executed at least one complete 765kV transmission line project.
Successfully completed 45 projects involving 765kV double circuit transmission lines.
Provide technical guidance and strategic direction for design, engineering, procurement, and construction activities.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality benchmarks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, procurement, and project management.
Drive innovation and efficiency in transmission line execution and maintenance.
Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for optimal project delivery.
Build and mentor a high-performing team of engineers and project managers.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 15–20 years of experience in transmission line projects, with significant exposure to 765kV systems.
Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale EPC projects independently.
Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, grid codes, and technical standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
