Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of HOD Experience
Total years of Experience: 10 to 15 years

Qualification and Skills:

· Should preferably hold a Ph.D. in relevant subject

· Strong leadership and management skills

· Excellent problem-solving abilities

· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects

· Attention to detail and accuracy

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

· Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department

· Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency

· Manage and resolve operational issues and challenges

· Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures

· Monitor and analyze department performance metrics

· Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow

· Train and supervise department staff
