Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced HOD – Career Counsellor to lead and manage counselling operations for a government education project in Punjab. The role involves supervising counsellors, ensuring high-quality counselling delivery, coordinating with schools and government officials, and maintaining reporting standards across all project locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the counselling team across multiple districts.
• Ensure effective implementation of counselling programs as per government guidelines.
• Monitor daily operations and ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
• Review and oversee psychometric assessments and counselling reports.
• Coordinate with government officials, school management, and project stakeholders.
• Ensure timely submission of progress reports, MIS data, and documentation.
• Conduct training, mentoring, and performance reviews for counsellors.
• Conduct school visits to monitor project implementation and provide on-ground support.
• Ensure adherence to ethical practices, confidentiality, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Counselling, Education, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in counselling, team leadership, or education projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in government or large-scale education projects (preferred).
• Strong reporting, documentation, and MIS skills.
• Willingness to travel across Punjab.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
