HNI & UHNI Client Acquisition – Real Estate (Jaipur)

We are a premium real estate brokerage firm specializing in luxury and high-value properties in Jaipur. We are seeking a client acquisition specialist who can build relationships with HNI & UHNI clients and secure appointments for property consultations.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with potential HNI/UHNI clients in Jaipur.
• Build trust and maintain professional communication (not just cold calling – but relationship building).
• Pitch our premium real estate offerings with clarity and confidence.
• Schedule and confirm high-quality appointments for our leadership/sales team.
• Maintain a structured database (CRM) of prospects, conversations, and follow-ups.
• Represent the firm with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.

Requirements:

• Prior experience dealing with HNIs/UHNIs (wealth management, luxury sales, premium banking, high-ticket real estate, etc.).
• Excellent communication, networking, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to hold conversations with high-value individuals confidently.
• Strong network in Jaipur (preferred).
• Professional grooming and demeanor.

Compensation:

• Base salary (depending on experience).
• Attractive incentives per successful appointment + conversion.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
