As a part of the team of 4-5 engineers, your role involves developing attribute requirements based on market trends for the assigned project in the EV domain. Your responsibilities include: - Responsible for attribute planning and development, process improvement, and robust test case creation. - Study market trends in the attribute domain, create requirement documents, and work guidelines. - Set attribute level targets, balance and sign off, escalate and resolve technical issues, and meet project timelines. - Release new requirements for attribute maturity, identify and release new test cases/parameters, and improve productivity. - Participate in quality initiatives, VAVE validation, and create validation reports. Qualifications required: - Graduation in Engineering - Domain knowledge in EV Architecture - Knowledge of INCA, CANALYZER, MATLAB - Working knowledge of CAN protocol and ECU interfaces, basic Powertrain simulations, HV functionality, and charging protocols - Problem-solving and analytical skills, customer-centricity, and product development knowledge - 3-5 years of experience in new product development/validation, hands-on experience on at least two programs, and detailed understanding of attribute definition/validation and architecture benchmarking.
