Key Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in an operations, sales, or data analysis role. Previous experience working with sales teams is a plus. Skills: Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, data visualization, VLOOKUP, etc.) Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable insights.
