Job Title:

Shift Plant Operator Gold & Silver Processing

About the Role:

Shift Plant Operator

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor gold and silver processing plant equipment during assigned shifts
Ensure continuous plant operations and meet production targets
Monitor process parameters and implement corrective actions as needed
Conduct routine inspections, sampling, and basic troubleshooting of plant systems
Maintain accurate shift logs and operational reports
Follow strict safety, environmental, and operational procedures
Collaborate with maintenance, metallurgical, and operations teams for smooth handovers
Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and recovery

Job Requirements:

Age between 2245 years
Diploma in Metallurgy or Mineral Processing Engineering
Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience in gold and silver processing plant operations
Willingness to work in remote/interior locations
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
Proactive, task-oriented, and results-driven mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
